We seem to compare ourselves to an internalised idea of what mums “should” do, and how we should behave. 🤔
We’re exposed to the highlight reel of other mums on social media, comparing ourselves to often unrealistic and unattainable parenting standards and #mumgoals. 🤷🏼♀️
This can be especially difficult for highly sensitive mums or those who have perfectionist tendencies. 😳
