Birth Trauma is NOT something you should feel guilty about. What happened wasn’t your fault. I’m sorry it happened. ❤️‍🩹

It’s not NORMAL- you shouldn’t be traumatised after having a baby.

It’s not objective… how YOU feel is how you feel.

It’s not limited to near-death experiences. How you were treated, how you were talked to, how you (weren’t) cared for can all cause feelings of trauma.

It’s also not something you need to keep quiet about. Talk to someone you trust, and when you’re ready, seek some support.
